I’m loving the sparkle lights that have been popping up this season at stores like Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn. They have such a magical quality to them, I had to find a way to incorporate them into my holiday decorations. So for day 6 of 25 days of crafts, we’ll look at incorporating sparkle lights into a bell jar tabletop display. I chose to use them to highlight one of my ornaments, but they would also look great on their own.
Sparkle bell jar
- Starry lights
- Ornament stand
- Bell jar
- Tree ring
- Fake snow
- Pine cones
Hang the ornament on the ornament stand and center it on the tree ring.
Arrange moss around the ornament, covering up the base of the stand.
Incorporate a few small pine cones among the moss. Dust fake snow over the moss to give it a winter feel.
Unwind your starry lights and arrange loosely around the base of the ornament. Don’t worry about it looking too messy, it’s part of the charm 🙂
Place the bell jar over the ornament, tucking in the starry lights as you set it on the tree ring. Turn down the room lights.
My stars, you just made a starry light display!
