This past weekend I was fortunate enough to attend the second annual Re:Make Conference and Festival. The two day event is a celebration of makers, tinkerers, and doers. Those who attended got to hear the stories of makers who turned their passion projects into successful businesses. Throughout the day the stories and advice reinforced one notion—the maker movement is not led by a select few with genius and limitless access but by every day people like you and me who go all in to live what they love.
Later this week I’ll share more highlights from the event. In the meantime, I’ll be thinking long and hard about what’s holding me back from realizing my dreams—what holds you back?
