Happy Friday, y’all!
The week flew by and now I have the weekend to finish unpacking because we have our first house guest visiting next week. Well, as long as she has a place to sleep…right? 😉
Really, though I like the motivation of an external, non-budging deadline (unlike the ones I place on myself.) The sooner we’re unpacked the sooner, I’m up and running to craft and, oh, there will be crafting going on. Krafty Kath and I met this week to kick of plans for our second annual 25 Days of Crafts. I can’t wait to reveal what we have planned!
While I let the suspense build, here’s my favorite links of the week. Enjoy!
John Maeda, a renowned designer, tells us the way to be a great leader is to first be a great listener.
A reminder to not fall down the social media envy spiral and instead embrace your own life and your own ideas.
Visualized proof that there is no one right way to be creative.
We all have a new reason to go to Ikea—their new paper shop, say what?!
These adorable felt popsicles are meant for kids but will be enjoyed by at least one grownup…moi!
Speaking of spiraling, I can see myself hoarding a few of these Tag + Twine kits.
Pie AND bread pudding. Say no more.
I’ve been struggling to learn crochet—thankfully A Beautiful Mess is to the rescue.
I didn’t realize it until now, but my craft room NEEDS a pajaki.
