Happy (Black) Friday! I’ll be spending my day at home in peace and quiet. There will be some anemic efforts to tidy the basement, great ambitions and modest results in crafting, and light online shopping. However you spend your day, I hope it’s filled with hearty leftovers and creative inspiration. In the spirit of both, here are a few things that sparked my imagination and tastebuds this week.
After hosting our first successful Friendsgiving, I am tempted to step it up (a smidge) next year with these delicious recipes.
Thanksgiving Toaster Tarts look year-round delicious!
Loving this sassy holiday candle set.
The House That Lars Built slays it again with these Cactus Cupcakes.
Adorable mid-century modern holiday gift wrap from local Seattle artist, Melanie Biehle.
These bird socks from Iris Apfel are on the top of my holiday wish list.
I’ve been using Thinx underwear for several months now and they’re amazing.
Next year will be complete only after I have stayed at the Tiny Digs Hotel in Portland.
Supremely gorgeous paper cut artwork from Mondocherry.
