I can hardly believe we’re already a month into 2018. The whirlwind caught up to me and these past couple days have been a marathon of sleeping. It’s been wonderful to recharge, especially when it feels like the most important thing to do above all the other items on the to do list.
As part of my lifelong pursuit of balance, I’ve decided it’s better to aim for these rewinds to happen monthly instead of weekly. Perhaps that way this dear, tiny blog of mine might continue to breath life rather than have spits and spurts of activity.
Without further adieu, here are my favorite finds from the month.
Butterflies or candy? Whimsical illustrations by Ioana Petre.
My dream home combines the plant life of Jungalow with the classic lines of Studio McGee.
I’m a sucker for a good spreadsheet and Airtable let’s me take it to a whole new level.
Wore my feminist tees among a sea of other fierce females at the Power to the Polls Women’s March in Las Vegas.
Indulged in a Vitamix blender for my Daily Harvest smoothies. Makes eating my fruits and veggies a treat.
Got clippings from a ric rac cactus. Fingers-crossed they take.
These 80s-inspired unlucky charm bracelets are too funny.
Beautiful music video for Jane Bordeaux (via).
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri is my top Oscar pick.
Bookending this list with more whimsy from Alexandra Dillion and her characterful brushes.
